Introduction :
Proman standard injection machine, is a fully new concept PET preform injection machine, which design based on more than 10 years of manufacturing experience, and good understanding on injection molding processing and PET mold technology. We have much experience on application of the wide mouth jar preform, salad oil preform, water/beverage preform, cosmetics/pharmaceutical preform. We learned the customer's production lessons on site, do our best to meet customer demand, to improve our technology, to make our injection machine more reliable, more closer to the market demand. Our injection machine is more compatible, and application to all various PET preform field.

	Motor Unit: High efficiency servo motor and imported gear pump system, energy saving up to20%~50%. Injection unit adopt high precision double linear guide, friction rate lower, resistance force is lower on injection plasticization, more faster injection, cycle time more faster.
Shooting Screw: Using ceramic heating ring, heating up fast, good thermal insulation performance, energy saving more than 30%, can avoid products in the production process due to the temperature control is not accurate and plasticizing poor phenomenon.
	Mold Plate: The machine mold plate is equipped with T - groove structure, easy for mold changing over. The optimized ejector structure design based on PET preform processing, have a more bigger ejecting force, and more faster.   Injection unit adopt high precision double linear guide, friction rate lower, resistance force is lower on injection and plasticization, more faster injection, cycle time more faster.
