Our can filling machine is a device developed exclusively on the basis of digesting and absorbing domestic and international (still) pop can filling and seaming machine (sealing machines).With Filling and Sealing 2 in 1 Monoblock Drink  Filling Machine For can .It adopts the normal pressure filling principle. After it passes through the dialing wheel, the empty can will enter into the lift can supporting disc, and the filling valve is aligned with the empty can, which will rise for sealing. Meanwhile, the valve port of the filling valve is automatically opened. When the filling can will be conveyed to the sealing machine head by the hook chain. The cap will be sent onto the can mouth by the cap rises, the pressing head presses he can mouth, the sealing wheel carries out pre-sealing and then real sealing. After it is sealed, the can is pushed out by the beating head of the cap beating mechanism and then enters into the can discharging procedure.

Carbonated drinks mixing machine
Carbonated beverage mixing machine structure reasonable, the mix precision is high, CO₂ mixes fully, has two times of cooling, two carbonation merits. Mainly is suitable for kinds of carbonic acid drink's mix processing, also may use in the paste drink, the fermentation drink and so on other soft drinks' mix processing.

1. Can warmer: The filling temperatuer of carbonated drink is 0-4 celcius degree, and the environment temperature is 20-30 degree, so the filled bottles will be full of water drops if they are not warmed, so the Can warming machine warms the bottles by spraying warm water from the nozzles to the outside walls of cans=s to keep the cans warm and away from water drops, and and make it convinent for labelling.

2. Cooling tunnel: This machine adopts a three section cooling water recycling cooling design. The first section uses water at 85-65 degrees; The second part is at 50-35 degrees, and the third part adopts aseptic water spray. The outlet can temperature is below 35-40 degrees.

Automatic shrink packing machine
