2019 hot sale 2000bph new condition 1.5L bottled water filling packing machine, combined with rinsing, filling and capping. It is innovated and designed in the requirement of still pure water and mineral water, on the bases of introducing, digesting and absorbing advanced technology from Germany and Italy.
CGF series bottle water packing machine is used to filling mineral water or purified water into PET bottle from 200ml-2000ml. Glass bottle is also suitable, just need to change the conveyor parts.
Different models can satisfy various requirement of output from 2000B/H to 24000B/H.
The whole process of bottle water packing machine is automatic, suitable for PET bottle, plastic bottle filling mineral water and pure water.
Filling way using the gravity or micro pressure filling, make the speed faster and more stable, so compared with other models, our machine output is higher and more efficient.
The bottle water packing machine adopts advanced Mitsubishi programmable controller(PLC) to control the machine, which makes the machine runs smoothly.
Washing part of bottle water packing machine
1.The bottle is fed into the machine through the conveyor belt of the machine, and the bottle is delivered to the washing part by rotating star wheel.
2.This part uses the bottle holder, can tightly holds the bottleneck position. This part is made of stainless steel 304, which is sanitary and durable.
3.The high efficiency spray head on the bottle holder can be cleaned to every position in the bottle, which is convenient and efficient.
Filling part of bottle water packing machine
1.Extruding wheel (main part to control the stability when sealing), uses the technology of Arol. Kinematical and kinetic design of the wheel by experts improves the stability and credibility of the equipment.
2.Sealing faucet (main part to control the credibility of sealing), is improved by experts with the design of alnico. Besides the magnetic contortion variation device, there is variation dial which makes variation more easily. The benefit of this design is not only it can set the contortion, but also it makes contortion more precise and credible, and reduces inferior.
3.Bottle outfeed bottles starwheel will transfer the bottle into motor bottle conveyor from capping section

Our Factory is located in Zhangjiagang City, 2 hours drive from Shanghai and 1 hour drive from Wuxi(airplane & high-speed rail). If you arrive at Shanghai or Wuxi, we can pick you up to visit our factory.
