Fully Automatic Synthetic Orange Juice Packing Filling Bottling Machine
Our fully automatic Synthetic Juice filling machine is used to fill hot juice into PET bottle from 200ml-2000ml. Glass bottle can also used. It just need to change the conveyor parts.Different models can satisfy various requirement of output from 2000B/H to 24000B/H.
The whole process is automatic, suitable for PET bottle, plastic bottle filling High temp juice or middle temp juice Filling way using the gravity or micro pressure filling, make the speed faster and more stable, so compared with the same model our machine output is higher and more efficient.
The fully automatic Synthetic Juice filling machine adopts advanced Siemens programmable controller(PLC) to control the machine adopts advanced automatically, interworking with inverter running more stable and reliable the photoelectric sensor detect all part running state with high degree of automation, easy operation.

Auxiliary equipments for soda water making machine
Air conveyor
Air conveyor is horsed on the floor, with fan installed on the top. Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles. Bottles are blocked on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power. All are made of stainless steel ANSI304, except the horses, board of plastic and nylon.
Flat conveyor
1.Stable conveying, using synchronous chasing control between the conveying belt and engine, making bottles in good condition in the conveying: non-falling, non-block, non-jam.
2. Conveying belt is designed by module, component can be interchanged easily, with compact structure, low noise, easy assembling and maintaining, good flexibility to combine the bottle type according to the different capacity.
3. The design of electrical control is advanced and rational, we can design the control method , select the electrical control component according to client's layout, to improve the conveying stability
4. Set the switch according to conveying system layout or customers' reasonable requirement, for the convenience of operation.

The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.

Our Factory is located in Zhangjiagang City, 2 hours drive from Shanghai and 1 hour drive from Wuxi(airplane & high-speed rail). If you arrive at Shanghai or Wuxi, we can pick you up to visit our factory.
