General description:
  Our juice filling machine is used to fill hot juice into PET bottle from 200ml-2000ml. Glass bottle can also be used by changing the conveyor parts. Different models can satisfy various requirement of output from 2000B/H to 20000B/H.

The whole process is automatic, suitable for PET bottle, plastic bottle filling High temp juice or middle temp juice Filling way using the gravity or micro pressure filling, make the speed faster and more stable, so compared with the same model our machine output is higher and more efficient.

The high temperature treated juice filling machine adopts advanced Siemens programmable controller(PLC) to control the machine adopts advanced automatically, interworking with inverter running more stable and reliable the photoelectric sensor detect all part running state with high degree of automation, easy operation.

Besides, we always put a buffer tank beside the filling machine, it has two ball float valve and electrical control box to control the liquid level, it can decrease the air return time from the filling valve, so that increase the filling capacity.

The juice is temporarily stored in a high-level tank, and the funnel-shaped bottom is set to prevent bacteria from growing, and it is sent to the storage tank on the filling head through a pipeline. Part of the juice lost during transportation is returned to the upper tank through the return pipe.
